A Message from Peter M. Kuhn, President of Bullion River Gold Corp.:
Excellence in Exploration:
Our exploration program concentrates within regions containing world-class gold-silver deposits. Our primary focus is the prolific Great Basin of the Western US, the world's third leading gold producer, with both open-pit and underground production, principally in northern Nevada. The Motherlode belt of California is an additional exploration focus.
We seek projects that contain or that have potential to contain high grades and large tonnage potential. This is demonstrated by our current project portfolio, which includes the high gold (>0.5 opt) and silver grades at Cimarron in Nevada, Antone Canyon in Nevada, and French Gulch and North Fork Mines in California, all containing multi-ounce material. The extensive system strike length and size that we search for can be seen at the Corcoran Canyon, Nevada property. The occurrence of major silver deposits in combination with the gold deposits as seen at the 9 million ounce resource that Corcoran Canyon is defined with provides us additional leverage in our exploration program. We focus on projects that contain potential for mineralization concealed under post-mineral cover.
Our Exploration team brings productive greenfields and mine-site experience to the program. We are committed to innovative thinking and using the most effective exploration methods in project evaluation and in continuing to develop Bullion River Gold's project portfolio.
Our strategy and portfolio is defined first with the selection of our projects: concentrating in areas or regions where some of the most prolific gold deposits have been found and are currently being mined such as the Round Mountain Mine, the world-class Cortez/Pipeline Mine in Nevada and the Motherlode District. Looking for deposits primarily in the U.S. is no coincidence either since we believe this provides solid mining, stable socio-economic and legal infrastructures, therefore reducing the risks to our shareholders.
Secondly, we look for high-grade deposits with high volume potential. Our current properties show remarkable signs and samples of high grade (e.g. 0.88 oz/ton at the Cimarron property, 1.05 oz/ton at Antone Canyon, historically multiple ounces at French Gulch and North Fork) in combination with strong evidence for long strike (Corcoran Canyon) and deep extension (French Gulch and North Fork). The occurrence of major silver deposits in combination with gold such as the 9 million ounce resource (which was calculated by Tellis Gold) at Corcoran Canyon or the Barcelona prospect at Antone Canyon gives us an important second venue in our quest for a major deposit.
Thirdly, and most importantly, we are working with the most experienced and knowledgeable people in the field of mining exploration. They are committed to innovative thinking and using the most modern techniques in exploration. All of the above elements in combination with our striving for solid and professional workmanship will lead to outstanding results and our ultimate goal of becoming America’s next great gold producer.
